What this is

Product Zero is a Private Pilot: an early-access AI Venture Builder that helps you pressure-test a startup idea in conversation and build it forward. By using your pilot invite link, you agree to these terms.

Pilot stage, honestly stated

This is a Pilot, not a finished commercial product. Features, pricing, and the underlying AI provider may change. When the conversation is powered by our deterministic mock reasoning rather than a live AI provider, the product says so in context — we do not represent simulated output as real AI-generated reasoning.

Your responsibilities

• Your pilot invite link is personal — don't share it. You're responsible for what's submitted through it.
• Don't submit content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business ideas and information you submit. We use it solely to run the conversation and generate your Founder Report, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your idea.

No warranty

The Pilot is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI-assisted and mock-generated output may be incomplete, wrong, or unsuited to your specific situation — it's a starting point for your own judgment, not professional (legal, financial, or business) advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Pilot. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Access and termination

Pilot access is invite-only and can be revoked at any time, including at the end of the Pilot. You can stop using the service, and request deletion of your data, at any time via /workspace/data-delete.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Pilot evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
