Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use your pilot invite to access the workspace, we store: the answers and business information you share during the conversation, the Founder Report generated from it, and session metadata (your pilot token, timestamps, and which pages you visit) needed to run the product and measure whether it's working.

Why

Solely to generate your Founder Report and to understand where founders get stuck so we can fix it. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties.

Where it lives

In production, your conversation and report are stored in a managed Redis database (Upstash, via Vercel). Nothing is written to a developer's laptop or an unmanaged file.

How long

Until you ask us to delete it, or your pilot invite is disabled. There is no automatic expiry today — a fixed retention schedule is on our roadmap.

Your rights

From inside your workspace, you can:

• Export everything we hold about you as a file: /workspace/data-export (with your pilot link).
• Delete everything we hold about you: /workspace/data-delete (with your pilot link) — this removes your conversation(s) and clears your name/email/notes from our invite record immediately. It cannot be undone.

For anything else, contact us using the details on your invite.

We don't set any cookies. Access is via a link containing your personal pilot token, not a cookie or account password.
